We recommend that our Members invest in predominantly no-load, low-cost, index, and factor-based mutual funds and exchange-traded funds through institutional firms.
We embrace a largely buy-and-hold investment strategy that focuses on investments intended for a time horizon of five years or more. We do not to trade in a Member’s account(s) unless there is a good reason to do so.
In addition to an appropriate mix of stocks and bonds for a given Member, we emphasize the diversification benefits that we believe can come from investing internationally in developed and emerging markets.
We help our Members determine which investments are potentially well-suited for retirement accounts verses taxable accounts.
